12pt">八中国的民族精神，同时庆祝改革开放30周年，由中国性灵美术研究会、中国高校美术家协会与《中华设计师》杂志社联合主办，西南专业策展机构——锦城文化发展研究中心策划承办，第三届全国青年美术与设计艺术双年展于金秋十月在中国成都拉开序幕，此次主题为“印象·中国”的双年展，将是艺术魅力与人文精神的一次完美交融。现将相关事项告知如下：</font></font><br/><font color="#ff0000"></font></font></strong><br/><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></font></font><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> 凡年龄在18—45周岁之间的中国大陆及港澳台青年美术家、设计师，各院校美术、设计类专业师生，以及有一定创作实践的美术、设计爱好者均可投稿参选。</font></font><br/><strong><font face="宋体 "><font size="3"></font></font></strong><br/><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">初评来稿不接收原作，美术类作品一律寄送700万像数以上9寸高清晰数码照片，设计类作品寄送A4纸彩色打印稿。来稿请挂号邮寄或快递送到组委会，勿用平信。 </font></font><br/><font face="宋体 "><font size="3"></font></font><br/><strong><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> （1）</font></font></strong><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">本届双年展评审委员会由策展单位组织全国知名画家、资深设计师及美术、设计教育专家共同组成，制定评审细则、评审流程和评委守则。 </font></font><br/><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><br/><strong> （2）</strong>通过初评、复评、评奖，评出金奖10名，银奖30名，铜奖50名，提名奖90件和参展作品（名额待定），均由主办单位颁发精美《参展证书》，另为获奖作者颁发《获奖证书》及奖品。 <br/></font></font><br/><strong><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> （3）</font></font></strong><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">凡组织20人以上的单位、院校具备团体奖的参评资格，组委会根据各单位的获奖、参展情况评出先进单位10名、优秀导师20名，由主办单位颁发铜匾证书及奖品。</font></font><br/><font face="宋体 "><font size="3"></font></font><br/><strong><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> （4）</font></font></strong><font face="宋体 "><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">获奖、参展作品将入编《“印象·中国”第三届全国青年美术与设计艺术双年展作品集》，成书规格为国际大16开精装，157克铜版纸全彩印刷，国家级出版社正式出版发行。</font></font><br/><font face="宋体 "><font 12pt">获本届双年展金、银、铜奖作者具备加入中国性灵美术研究会或中国高校美术家协会的条件，提名奖及参展作者作为入会的条件之一。 </font></font><br/><font face="宋体 "><font size="3"></font></font><br/><font face="黑体 "><font color="red"><font style="FONT-SIZE:
